Event Format

Setup and Assembly

Participants will be allocated time to assemble and set up their projects at the venue.

Required Materials

Teams are responsible for bringing all necessary hardware components and materials. The college will not provide any components or materials.

Software Preparation

Pre-install all required software to ensure a smooth presentation.

Presentation

Each team will present their project for a maximum of 10 minutes, highlighting key aspects such as innovation, application, and impact.

Judging Criteria

Teams will be evaluated based on originality, functionality, impact, and presentation quality.

Rules

Event Rules

Team Size: Maximum 4 members.

Teams will have 10 minutes to present their project, followed by a Q&A session with the judges.

Plagiarism is strictly prohibited; originality is key.

Teams must follow the outlined format for their presentations.

Cheating or misconduct in any form will lead to immediate disqualification.

The judges’ decision will be final.

General

All participants must register before the event deadline

Participants should arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled session

Professional conduct is expected throughout the event

Recording of sessions is prohibited without prior permission
